Paris Avenues
1. Definitions and Acceptance
• "Paris Avenues", "the Store", "we" or "us": the Paris Avenues online store, owned by Paris Avenues Store for Communications and Information Technology, Commercial Registration No. 2050240846.
• "Customer" or "you": anyone who visits, uses, or makes a purchase from the Store.
• "Platform": the Store's website, mobile app, and any affiliated online sales channel.
By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding electronic contract between you and the Store under the E-Commerce Law and the Electronic Transactions Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page along with the date of the update. Changes do not apply to orders completed before they were published.
2. Eligibility and Account
1. You must be 18 years of age or older, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. To place an order, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information: your real name, a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and your shipping address. You confirm that the payment method you use is valid and that you are its owner or are authorized to use it.
3. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately through the contact details below.
4. Purchasing for resale or commercial purposes, or on behalf of others, is not permitted without our prior written consent.
5. We may suspend or cancel an account in the following cases: violation of these terms, providing inaccurate information, or suspected fraudulent activity. This does not affect orders paid before the suspension, which will either be fulfilled or fully refunded.
3. Products
1. All products offered at Paris Avenues are 100% authentic and sourced through authorized channels.
2. The design of the outer packaging or box may differ slightly from the image shown, as manufacturers release updated designs from time to time. This does not mean any difference in the product itself. We update our product images regularly.
3. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and photography lighting.
4. Pre-orders: If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a pre-ordered product, we will notify you as soon as possible, cancel the order, and refund you in full.
4. Prices and VAT
1. All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Any change in the VAT rate will be reflected in product prices.
2. Shipping fees and any other charges are clearly displayed before you complete your order.
3. The discount code PA50 applies to your first purchase only, subject to its published terms.
4. Pricing or listing errors: We strive to keep all information accurate, but errors in a product's price or description may occur. In such cases, we will contact you and let you choose between completing the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
5. Price changes after ordering: If a product's price changes before shipping due to reasons beyond our control, such as exchange rate fluctuations or product shortages, we will not ship the order until we have informed you of the new price and received your approval. If you do not approve, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
5. Orders and Acceptance
1. After placing your order, you will receive a message with its details. This message confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute final acceptance. An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed and prepared for shipping.
2. We may cancel or decline an order in the following cases:
◦ The product is unavailable.
◦ We are unable to reach you via your registered mobile number or email address.
◦ There is an error in the price or listing.
◦ Suspected fraud or misuse of a payment method.
◦ Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In all of these cases, we will notify you of the cancellation and refund any amount paid in full.
3. Free samples and gifts included with orders are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without affecting your order.
4. Cancelling after shipping: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping company, it cannot be cancelled automatically. It will instead be treated as an exchange request for an unopened product in its original condition, with shipping costs borne by the customer, in accordance with the Exchange and Compensation Policy.
5. By completing your order, you agree to pay the full amount shown, including any applicable fees.
6. Payment
1. You may pay using any of the methods available on the checkout page, including cash on delivery where available.
2. Online payments are processed through licensed payment service providers, and we do not store your full card details.
3. A fee may apply to cash on delivery, which will be shown before you complete your order.
7. Gift Wrapping
1. We offer complimentary luxury gift wrapping for all prepaid orders.
2. Gift wrapping is not available for cash on delivery orders, as a wrapped product is prepared specifically for its recipient and cannot be re-prepared if the order is not received.
3. Gift wrapping does not apply to offers, special offers, or skincare products.
4. The appearance of the wrapping may differ from the image shown, depending on the shape and size of the bottle and the materials available.
8. Refunds
1. If your prepaid order is cancelled due to product unavailability or any other reason attributable to Paris Avenues, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
2. Compensation for returned products is issued within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the product, in accordance with the Exchange and Compensation Policy.
9. Discount Coupons and Offers
1. Discount coupons do not apply to Dior and Chanel products, Avenues sets, or the Weekly Offer.
2. The maximum coupon discount is 50.
3. Promotional offers are temporary, and we may modify or end them at any time without affecting orders completed before the change.
10. Reviews and User Content
1. Reviews and comments posted by customers reflect the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Paris Avenues.
2. By posting a review on the Platform, you agree to its display in the Store along with the name shown on your account.
3. We may remove any content that is offensive or that violates applicable laws or these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
1. All Platform content, including designs, text, images, and the Paris Avenues logo, is owned by or licensed to the Store, and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
2. The brand names and trademarks of the fragrances offered belong to their respective owners, and are used in the Store solely to identify authentic products.
12. Privacy and Record Keeping
1. We treat your personal data confidentially, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Store's Privacy Policy.
2. We retain records of your transactions for the period required by applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
1. Please review a product's ingredients before use if you are sensitive to any substance. The Store is not responsible for use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. If you choose a non-refrigerated shipping company, the Store is not responsible for damage to heat-sensitive products during transit, as explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
3. The Store is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from force majeure beyond its control.
14. Electronic Communications
You agree that messages and notices we send you electronically have the same legal effect as written correspondence. This includes messages sent by email, SMS, or WhatsApp to the contact details registered with us.
15. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
2. Arabic is the official language for interpreting these terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic version and any translation, the Arabic version shall prevail.
3. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
