At Paris Avenues, we take great care to prepare and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are prepared and shipped within one business day to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
1. Estimated Delivery Times Within Saudi Arabia
We deliver your shipments through the best transport networks, and delivery times vary by city as follows:
• Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Saihat): within just 24 hours.
• Riyadh, Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Yanbu: within 2 business days.
• Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha, Khamis Mushait, Buraidah, Hafar Al-Batin: within 3 business days.
Note: We offer same-day express delivery by the Store's own courier in Dammam, Qatif, Saihat, Khobar, and Dhahran for orders received before 7:00 PM.
2. Our Shipping Partner (SMSA Express)
To cover all regions of Saudi Arabia as efficiently as possible, we partner with SMSA Express, which operates more than 450 service centers. The shipping companies contracted by Paris Avenues deliver to most cities in the Kingdom.
• Within city limits: Your shipment is delivered directly to your door or specified address.
• Outside city limits: Your shipment is held at the nearest SMSA branch for easy pickup.
• Shipment tracking: Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we will send you a message or email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment until it arrives. You can also track your shipment directly from your order page on our website.
3. Important Notes and Conditions
1. Change of shipping method: Paris Avenues reserves the right to change the shipping company selected by the customer to an alternative company, based on operational requirements, lack of coverage in the customer's area, or to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
2. Returned shipments: If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company or courier and it is returned to us, the customer may request reshipment after paying new shipping fees, or a refund of the product value only after deducting shipping costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer's wallet or as a store voucher.
3. Refrigerated and non-refrigerated shipping: If the customer chooses a non-refrigerated shipping company, the Store is not responsible for damage to heat-sensitive products during transit, and no compensation will be provided by us. In this case, the customer may contact the shipping company directly to claim compensation.
4. International shipping: Some international orders may require the customer to provide additional details or documents to ensure customs clearance and successful delivery. The customer bears full responsibility for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the authorities in the destination country.
5. Additional costs: The customer bears any additional shipping costs that may arise, and will be informed and consulted in advance before proceeding.
6. Free shipping: Free shipping offers are available within Saudi Arabia only.
4. Consumer Rights (Cancellation and Delays)
In accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
1. The consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the shipment is delayed by more than 15 days from the date the contract was concluded, unless the delay is due to force majeure.
2. Paris Avenues is committed to notifying the customer immediately of any expected delay or significant difficulties that may affect the delivery date.
